Just thinking of Wilson reuniting with his son caused my chest to tighten. The wait, the weight… will Noah embrace him? Or will he be scared? After being away for so long, will Wilson remember the freedom of love that comes with embracing his son and draws him close? I spent countless hours talking with Wilson about those first moments with Noah. Wilson will go from excited to anxious playing a scene out over in his head, again and again. Suddenly, I will grow excited and anxious too thinking about what those first moments would be. Then Wilson simply would say, "once Noah knows I love him, that's all that matters". I don't think he ever doubted you brother, I know I never did. It costs over $400 a day to keep these young men in prison but seeing you and Noah reunited, that was simply priceless!!

I remember being apart from my daughter for a few years when she made a big move to Puerto Rico. We both lived in Florida and when she left I decided to move to New York. So I lived in New York for a few years then got word she moved back to Florida. So I decided to book a flight to surprise her right on her birthday. I also bought her the new Nintendo wii. So my mom picked me up from the airport and I walked in the house and gave my daughter a big hug and said happy birthday. I gave her the Nintendo wii and she had the most surprised look on her face. I should've got it on camera like Wilson lol. It definitely was a memory that will last a lifetime. Since then I moved back to Florida to be closer to my daughter and we now have a better relationship then we ever had. Just a story I thought I would share with you guys.
