External method review

Challenge the evidence before expansion

The three-jurisdiction pilot will not expand because a page looks complete. It expands only after people with lived, research, service, and local-data knowledge test the definitions and the public boundaries.

Review route

Submit a method review

Your feedback creates a private review item. Accepted material changes will later be summarized in the public validation log; your contact details will not be published.

Protect privacy and legal rights. Do not submit names of young people, case numbers, school records, medical information, allegations about an identifiable person, or confidential agency material. This form is for data definitions, public sources, interpretation, and method—not individual help or emergencies.

Contact information remains private.

Expansion gate

Validation is open, not complete

The public log currently records no completed external review round. The pilot therefore remains at three jurisdictions.

What closes this gate

At least one youth or lived-experience adviser, one researcher or methodologist, one service practitioner, and one local data or public-agency expert must review the method. Material responses must be logged publicly, and the data refresh must be shown to be sustainable.
