Hey Geoff, happy belated birthday, hope you enjoyed it. I give you a lot of credit for all the progress you've made so far. Seems like your not paying attention to any distractions, that's great man. It's coming up close to a year since you've been doing well, i'm happy for you. Continue to stay focused and all your hard work will pay off. Keep us updated on how things are going.

Hey Geoff -- Can you believe a year has passed, brother? March of last year began the creation of Forward Living -- and you were the first member. We were so poised and excited and anxious to replace careless speculations with careful documentation on how people view the re-entry experience. And I must say, we're doing a good job at it. Stay encouraged! I've come to realize that sometimes being the first to start something also means you're the last to see it through. There is a certain courage and character about that, a mighty wielding of promise and value tie to those who finish what they start but also start over to finish what they must. You're just a really great example of that. It's in you. It's really a pleasure to see a person not only embrace an idea but own its reality. How rare is that? Trust that people will see how the online world is a proactive space that can reduce incarceration and help young people reclaim their lives. We've only just begun to set the seed; corps of progress and change will soon see the light of day. BTW, Happy Birthday!!

Hi Geoff... first, happy belated birthday!! That must have been a great feeling being able to spend your bday home!! Hope you had a great one... Can't believe it's almost a year already since you've been home Wow!! I know the stress of constantly being on your guard and abiding by all rules can sometimes be a struggle and can take you off course but you've managed to work hard to accomplish that balance Geoff!! You should be proud of yourself as you meet this milestone in your life!! We at BTC are very proud of you!! Continue to live beyond the cure Geoff!!

Happy belated B-Day Geoff, hope it was what you expected it to be. I know it hasn't been easy for you keeping up with parole, but you managed to over come all obstacles. What a struggle it must be, but the struggle you're in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow. Don't give up, you have done a great job. Looking forward to your next update.

hello!! thank you all for the encouraging words. I am headed off to parole tomorrow for my scheduled visit and dreading it as always. At times like this though i can always remember where i was last and be immensely grateful. once again thank you for posting!!
